Niki
Hi everyone, my name is Niki Rózsa. Lindy Hop first became part of my life in 2014 without any prior dance experience, and even on this very first occasion, I already knew that this is going to be a long-term thing for me. Many things have happened since then: I attended classes both with Hungarian and international teachers, I took part in showcase performances; I travelled to workshops, festivals and summer camps abroad, volunteered at events and what might be the most important in addition to the dance itself: I made so many wonderful friends.
Everyone who joins this world will not only learn the dance, but can also become a member of a fantastic, close-knit and welcoming community. Even today, the performance group practices – I am an active member of more than one such groups – are an important part of my life, and over the last couple of years, I have been part of Keep Swinging as a teacher as well.
During my classes, I enjoy watching the development of my students, and that is the exact reason why I enjoy teaching so much. I hope to see you soon either at the classes or on the dance floor. 😊
